I led a small team that ran paid social for Reese’s UK. Supporting the business build consideration in the UK market.

Community management

I was the sole community manager for 6 months in 2023.

We were given a new tone of voice when Reese’s switched creative agencies at the end of 2022. The aim wait to build brand live in the community and have some fun with it to cut through to fans.

We looked after all their profiles, posting organically and responding to DM’s.

We used Sprinklr for all reporting and some quicker responce times.
